Recently we saw AT&T Htc One
receive the official Android 4.4.2 KitKat .This update, which came in the form a staged rollout, started making its way to consumer devices early in the morning. Thankfully, a couple of XDA community members who were lucky enough to receive the OTA mirrored the update for everyone’s enjoyment. Now, AT&T has started updating its variant of the LG G2 to KitKat as well. And just like before, the community has stepped up and shared the OTA for your side-loading pleasure.
According to AT&T’s release post, the update brings several key features including UI refinements, improved battery life, and 17% faster performance. Furthermore, the “Knock On” feature has reportedly been improved, and due to the rebase to KitKat, Cloud Printing is now integrated into the OS.
